Delete Your UltraHome Account & Data
You can request deletion of your UltraHome account and related personal data.
How to request
- In the app: Profile → Delete Account (if available).
- Or by email: write from your registered email to info@ultrahomeservices.net with subject “Delete my UltraHome account”.
What we delete
- Your UltraHome account (website & app)
- Authentication tokens and app cookies
- Profile data and app interactions (bookings, service history notes) unless retention is required by law
What we may retain
Transaction records (e.g., invoices/payments via WooCommerce) may be retained for tax/accounting compliance and will be kept only as required by law.
Processing time
We usually complete deletion within 30 days and will notify you by email when done. Data in backups may persist up to 90 days and will be purged on the normal backup cycle.
